Prop 19 in CA is essentially to legalize or not legalize marijuana for 21+ year old folks (That is a VERY dumbed down explanation). At the time the young lady posted this on her facebook, Prop 19 was 56% to 44% in favor of NOT legalizing marijuana (a.k.a. Prop 19 not passing). Enjoy!
