Check out this trailer for Showtime’s new original series, Ray Donovan. It follows the title character (played by Liev Schreiber), a “fixer” in Hollywooder who is “responsible for everything from emancipating an emerging rapper from his parents to making sure no one finds out about an A-list actor’s latest leading role…in a homemade porno.”
Donovan has some daddy issues with his old man (played by Jon Voight), who was just released from prison and wants to get closer to his family. Looks to be a pretty intense series.
You can watch the first episode on Defamer.com starting tomorrow June 18, twelve days before it airs on Showtime. The official series premiere will be on June 30 at 10PM, right after Dexter.
