Police Confiscate 2.5 lbs Joint on 4/20 at UC Santa Cruz

Nothing really to see here except a massive 2.5lbs joint, or what looks to be that.  No real confirmation on if it is all herb in there or maybe a little spliff action.  Regardless, that is one hell of a rolling job.
