At least the Philadelphia Police got creative with this one, even if we can’t decide if the results are stupid or amusing. The PPD used an old anti-weed clip from iconic sitcom Saved by the Bell and although we understand their angle and attempt to resonate with Millennials, did it work or just make people want to smoke more weed?
