Big Boi was arrested on drug charges in Miami on Sunday, according to TMZ.com, yet it is hard to hate as it just seemed like he was trying to have a really good time. The Outkast member was accused of three counts of possessing a controlled substance and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Citing the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department, TMZ said the controlled substances included ecstasy pills, MDMA and Viagra. My question is what sort of drug paraphernalia was needed for these drugs?
