The Ducks of Oregon have been the poster child for uniform innovation over the years thanks to alum and Nike chairman Phil Knight.
In the past decade, OU football has worn a different uniform combination for every single one of their games, and all are maximum fresh.
Keeping with tradition, Oregon’s cheerleaders are getting in on the innovation invasion by wearing green and yellow contact lenses in an outline of the Oregon ‘O’ for their upcoming game versus Washington.
We suspect the lenses won’t catch on as a frequent occurrence, but still a great idea for the month of October and games taking place around Halloween time.
The #2 Ducks (5-0) play the #16 Huskies (4-1) at 1:00pm tomorrow on Fox Sports 1. Should be a good one.
