In case you missed it, Zemgus Girgensons has turned into the pride of Latvia. The Buffalo Sabres forward was the leading vote-getter for this season’s NHL All-Star Game with over 1.5 million votes, a huge chunk of which came from his homeland.
Now, the 20-year old Sabres star is the subject of a brand new rap song – called, you guessed it, “Zemgus Girgensons” – courtesy of Latvian rap duo Olas. You can hear the fire track and watch the official video above, which features some Girgensons highlights in between footage of Olas spittin’ at the club.
And, no, I can’t help you with the lyrics.
