We finally have a trailer for the highly anticipated film Concussion, starring Will Smith, Alec Baldwin and Luke Wilson. The movie, directed by Peter Landesman, focuses on a doctor, played by Smith, who discovers CTE in the brains of two NFL players.
Sports Illustrated’s Peter King wrote about the film in his MMQB column and its importance in today’s sports world, particularly during a time in which the NFL has come under intense heat for their handling of head injuries over the last few decades.
