If you had your hopes up for the new “Batman v Superman” movie, you might share the same reaction as Ben Affleck.
The much-anticipated film has received extremely disappointing reviews from critics, accumulating a lowly 30% rating on Rotten Tomatoes as of this time. Affleck was informed of the poor reviews during an interview alongside co-star Henry Cavill, and he appeared to get lost in a trance of utter sadness.
For what it’s worth, Affleck’s performance as Batman has been perceived by critics as one of the movie’s few positives.
