Seth Rogen is a family man just enjoying his suburban life with his lovely wife, played by Rose Byrne (X-Men and Isidious) and cute baby when Zac Efron and his fraternity raucously move in next door. The red-band trailer for Neighbors shows the hijinx, chaos and debauchery caused by the frat house that directly affects Rogen’s perfect family life. Rogen is reunited with his “Superbad” co-stars Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse who are part of the frat. Nick Stoller of “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and “Get Him to the Greek” fame is the director. Neighbors hits theaters on May 9, 2014.
