As much as ESPN and Britt McHenry want her towing debacle to go away, there are a lot of people very interested in keeping the story in the news. While we can expect the fallout and reactions to continue well into the football season, if not beyond, no one will actually remove the security camera footage from their memory.
McHenry’s wishes to quickly move on from her career-threatening debacle are being impeded by numerous activists, consumers and comedians, including David Spade, who created the hilarious parody of the incident for Funny or Die:
