Editor-at-large and senior political analyst for TIME magazine, Mark Halperin, called President Obama “a dick” this morning on live TV during the “Morning Joe” show on MSNBC. Then he apologized later in the airing, but he had already called The President a dick, so not sure if Barack accepts the apology or not.
