The downward spiral of this young man has been one hell of a thing to watch over the past year. It looks like it has caught up to the Biebs. Not only did Bieber get arrested on suspicion of a DUI but got busted for resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license. One hell of a night for the soon to be in rehab singer.
