New Orleans Saints – 3 1/2 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Saints high powered offense was a little lackluster (23 points) last weekend, but we expect another week of practice to have changed that. Yes, the Bucs have Darrelle Revis, but Drew Brees has plenty of weapons in Marques Colston, Lance Moore, Darren Sproles, and oh yeah some guy named Jimmy Graham. Only one of them can be on Revis island at any given time, and Brees is smart enough to steer clear of those waters.
On the other side of the ball, the Tampa Bay offense was a mess last week and now there are rumors that head coach Greg Schiano and quarterback Josh Freeman are butting heads. Safety net Doug Martin should put up a good performance, but it won’t be enough as we predict a few turnovers at Tampa’s expense.
Final Score: Saints 31, Buccaneers 21
