We aren’t sure how this movie hasn’t grabbed more headlines, but we are all in. ‘Criminal’ has somehow flown under the radar but we checked out the above trailer today and think it could be a solid 2016 sleeper. The cast features Ryan Reynolds and a throwback crew of Kevin Costner, Gary Oldman, and Tommy Lee Jones.
Classic plot which we are good with:
The story of the right man in the wrong body. In a last-ditch effort to stop a diabolical plot, a dead CIA operative’s memories, secrets, and skills are implanted into an unpredictable and dangerous death-row inmate in hopes the he will complete the operative’s mission.
Not saying this bad boy is going to win an Oscar, but give us an action flick with Tommy Lee Jones and we are quite happy. It hits theaters on April 15.
