Most Breaking Bad fanatics were thrilled with the announcement that there would be a spin-off show. The Better Call Saul show will be a prequel to Breaking Bad chronicling the hijinx of crooked lawyer Saul Goodman. The internet exploded over the news and in just days there are two fake opening credits for the show which doesn’t even have a release date. The video above is Better Call Saul if it was an 80’s show complete with horrible music, poor crackling and wavering tracking from a VHS recording (For our younger readers back in ye olden days if people wanted to record a show they would have to “tape” their show on a VHS cassette which had poor playback quality and have to adjust the tracking on their VCR). The video below is an updated opening credits reminiscent of the late 90’s or early 2000’s featuring an all-star cast of Marisa Tomei, Carl Winslow from Family Matters, Betty White and David Cross. So which is your favorite opening credits the 80’s version or the 90’s?
