Colorado star Travis Hunter has been one of the brightest stars that college football has to offer throughout his collegiate career. And that seemingly comes with a whole lot of NIL money, which he used to help out his mother in a truly awesome way.
The implementation of NIL in collegiate sports has completely changed how comfortable athletes can live during their college playing days.
And for Hunter, this means that his family can now live comfortably thanks to his abilities on the football field.
On Thursday, Hunter posted a video on YouTube that showed him gifting his mom a new house, which according to TMZ features five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Hunter pulled off his surprise by having his mom and fiancee go with him to a house viewing, only to give his mom a card which let her know that the house would be hers. He then hand over the keys to the home to her in what can only be defined as a truly special moment.
Chances are this is only the tip of the iceberg for Hunter and his family. Hunter has been sensational as both a defensive back and wide receiver at Colorado, and is largely expected to be a future first-round pick in the NFL Draft whenever he decides to transition to the pros.
