Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce has accomplished plenty in his National Football League career. The three-time Super Bowl champion has enjoyed much basking throughout his seasons with the Chiefs. But you might wonder: Will No. 87 hang it up anytime soon?
Short answer: No.
Kelce attended the Chiefs’ mandatory minicamp this week and was all smiles. Kelce was also laser-focused, as he was clearly ready and able for his 12th season in the league. It still feels like old times to him.
Travis Kelce: “I’m still a little kid when I come into this building.” Says he has a love for this, even in the middle of the beat June. As for the ‘mileage’ on his body he says “Wear and tear me Baby!” #Chiefs pic.twitter.com/1pOuxbUnJT

“I can’t put a timeframe on it, man,” Kelce said answering questions on retirement. “I love coming to work every single day.”
Kelce said he knew he had outside opportunities besides football, but in keeping perspective, he still felt like “a little kid” when he arrived at the Chiefs facility.
“In the middle of the heat in June, I love coming to work every single day and doing this. I’m gonna do it ’til the wheels fall off, and hopefully that doesn’t happen anytime soon,” Kelce said.
Kelce, one of the NFL’s greatest tight ends, certainly has a shot at retiring as the league’s most decorated tight end.
