Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever suffered a disappointing and frustrating loss on Sunday afternoon when they allowed the Chicago Sky to pull off a comeback victory that included a 12-0 run. Toward the end of the game, it was clear to fans that Clark and Fever head coach Christie Sides were not necessarily happy with each other.
The Fever had multiple chances to win Sunday’s game but were unable to pull out the victory. In the closing minutes of the game, it became pretty clear that Caitlin Clark was not happy with some of the coaching decisions from head coach Christie Sides.
“Still shaking head in disbelief. Christie Sides & Caitlin Clark visibly argued towards close of game. Appeared they weren’t on same page. Sides went away from what was working for IN (pick/roll). Sky couldn’t defend it; moral of story: Indiana should/would have won coach,” one fan pointed out on social media.

“Christie Sides & Caitlin Clark were arguing towards the end of the game. Clark didn’t like the game plan from Sides. This is going to be an issue because Christie Sides went away from the pick & roll, Chicago was having an issue stopping it. Indiana would have won this game,” another fan said.
