Grambling State’s football program made national headlines last week when the players announced their intentions to boycott the team and refused to take the field versus Jackson State on Saturday. The boycott reportedly came as a result of brutal travel schedules (Grambling is saving money by bussing to games instead of flying) and decrepit facilities.
Now, thanks to The Gramblinite – “A consistent, proven, award-winning news outlet for Grambling State University and the town of Grambling, La.” – has provided some photographic evidence of those facilities. The photos help shine some light on why the players are so pissed.
