After seeing his dad play in hundreds of NBA games, it was finally Tim Hardaway Jr.’s turn and he made it count. New York Knicks rookie guard Tim Hardaway Jr. hit a game-winning jumper to beat the Boston Celtics 103-102 on Wednesday. With the Knicks down by one with 10 seconds left in the game Hardaway Jr. stroked a jumper that would win the game for the Knicks, 103-102. To go with his heroic shot, the young Hardaway Jr. had 16 points and three rebounds in 25 minutes. However no one could have been more proud than the elder Tim Hardaway who was in attendance to see his son’s first professional game.
