A clearly distraught and enraged Jason La Canfora (NFL Insider for CBS Sports) took to Twitter this morning after his wife was injured in a hit-and-run accident in Towson (Maryland):
Officers were called to the intersection of York Road and Stevenson Lane around 10:30 a.m., where they found that a 42-year-old woman had been hit by a silver vehicle that didn’t bother stopping.
Police said the vehicle was last seen heading east on Stevenson Lane, and it’s believe that there is front-end damage to it.
The extent of the woman’s injuries aren’t yet known. It’s not clear if she was in a crosswalk or not.
