An image of Pat Tillman will lead Arizona State players onto the field for every home game. This is an awesome move by the university to not only pay tribute to one of their alumni/war hero, but to also remind players of the values of courage and honor represented by Mr. Tillman. Nicely done.
Pat Tillman was an Arizona Cardinals safety until enlisting in the armed forces in the wake of the attacks on September 11. His life was taken in battle on April 22, 2004 at the age of 27.
