LeBron James continues to be a big supporter of St. Vincent-St. Mary’s private catholic high school in Akron, Ohio where he played his high school basketball before turning pro in 2003. Earlier this year, James donated $1 million to the school to help them build a new basketball gym.
At that time, he also announced that he was going to buy new Nike uniforms for all of the school’s sports teams — not just football and basketball, but golf and cross country as well.
It looks like Nike has gone ahead and designed those new football uniforms, as seen modeled by James in this Instagram photo he uploaded this weekend. It looks like the Fighting Irish will be taking the field in style this season.
