Twitter announcements for when you are about to sign an extension seems to be all the rage these days with NBA players. The latest NBA player to partake is the Spurs’ Manu Ginobili who announced on Twitter Wednesday that he will be returning to the Spurs for two more years. Great news for Spurs fans who were hoping Manu wouldn’t retire as some folks speculated.
Thrilled to announce that as I always hoped, I'm gonna stay with the @spurs for two more years. #gospursgo.
