Alex Rodriguez reportedly just sold his Miami Beach mansion for $30 million, and it looks like it is worth every penny. According to numerous sources, Alex had purchased the home for a mere $7.4 million in 2010. I am definitely not a math major, but that seems like a decent return on investment.
