Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titans may end up with a long career as a comedian if he keeps up with some of the comments he recently made. I understand that you need to be confident, but maybe Chris should have stuck with a much lower bar rather then go after Adrian Peterson who rushed for 2,097-yards last year. Someone also may want to remind Johnson (2K) that he hasn’t rushed for over 1,370 yards for the past three years.
“I’m very confident. I’ve always been a confident guy. This is a situation, if you want something to happen, you’ve got to speak on it. You’ve got to believe in it and you’ve got to pray and God will lead you there. It’s the kind of situation where I know the kind of guy I am. I know the kind of back I am. If the situation is right for me, I know I can do it.”
Chris talked a big game, now it is time to back it up.
