The Denver Nuggets high-flying, fast-paced offense was simply too much for the Lakers Monday night and it showed.
The Nuggets boast one of the best transition offenses in the league (second only to the Rockets) and that made for a night of highlight reel dunks against one of the worst transition defenses in the league currently owned by the Lakers. Seemingly every other play was some kind of alley-oop or easy fast break dunk, and Kenneth “the Manimal” Faried had his fair share.
Dunk after dunk after dunk. It was Faried’s alley-oop dunk over Dwight Howard that stole the show however. Check it out below.
The Nuggets went on to defeat the Lakers 119-108. Andre Iguodala finished with 14 points and 12 assists, while Faried added 12 points and 10 assists.
