During the Ravens victory parade, Ray Rice was riding in the back of a old truck float and took a tumble into a crowd. The moment could have turned out much worse, and thankfully Ray was able to get right back up uninjured. I can only imagine if Ray would have been hurt what the NFL front offices would have done for future parades in terms of restrictions.
