Voters failed to elect any candidates into the baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday for only the second time in four decades. One of those players who fell a bit short was Roger Clemens. Clemens is a seven-time Cy Young Award winner and ranks third in career strikeouts and ninth in overall wins. Here was his message via Twitter. Clemens was also acquitted in June of 2012 on all charges by a jury that said he didn’t lie to Congress when he denied using performance-enhancing drugs.
