This is one of the strongest women teenager’s out there, it says so in the video so I’m obviously going to believe it. What I do know is that I can NOT bench anywhere near 200lbs and I am a 32 year-old man. Check out Mariana Naumova a 13-year old from RUssia who crushes a 198lbs bench press at the WPC Worlds in Las Vegas. Whatever.
