In a converted New York City warehouse not far from the Manhattan bridge this morning Nike announced the latest Nike+ offshoot: Nike+ Basketball. It was unclear once they announced their Nike FuelBand for all sports whether Nike would continue down the path of sport specific applications but clearly they are.
