In last night’s game between the Montreal Canadiens and Stanley Cup defending Boston Bruins, Patrice Bergeron, Tyler Seguin, and Brad Marchand worked together to make a ridiculous play come to life, putting their team up 3-1. The Canadiens were trying to clear the puck out of their zone when Bergeron stole the puck from Travis Moen and got it up to Seguin who patiently waited to make the perfect pass to Marchand. While in the midst of a fall, Marchand backhanded the puck right past Carey Price for his 12th goal of the season. It ended up being the game winner as the Bruins went on to win 3-2. We’ll probably be seeing this one in the highlight reel at the end of the season. Words don’t do it much justice, so see for yourself:
