For the first time ever, this year the Super Bowl will be streamed online and to mobile phones. In fact, the NFL said Tuesday that NBC’s broadcasts of wild card Saturday, the Pro Bowl, and the Super Bowl will be available on the league’s and network’s websites and through Verizon’s NFL Mobile app. The package, as it does now for Sunday Night Football games, will include additional camera angles, in-game highlights, and live stats. Last years Packers-Steelers match-up netted 111 million viewers, and you can bet that number will increase following the mobile capability.
