NFL legend Tom Brady had arguably the greatest career in NFL history. Brady’s playing days saw him secure three MVPs, and seven Super Bowls, six with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady has since transitioned to the broadcast booth, where he calls marquee games for FOX.
However, that hasn’t been Brady’s only new career venture. This year he officially joined the Las Vegas Raiders in an official ownership capacity. Unfortunately for Brady, one person in the sports media landscape feels that Brady can’t call games while having such a vested interest in the success of one franchise, and believes that both the NFL and FOX will oust him from the broadcast booth.
“Tom Brady is running that team and the NFL knows it and Fox knows it and something has got to give. So enjoy Tom in the booth because you’re not going to see him there next year,” said CBS’s Davis P. Samson in a spot on the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz.

Fans reacted to Samson’s words on social media.
“I hope so. He’s been quite awful to listen to. The only people I see praising him is Bill Simmons, who would never say a negative thing about him,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“If Tom was running the team, I doubt they would’ve kept using O’Connell and Minshew.,” another fan added.
“So you’re saying that Tom Brady is skirting the rules…hmm, that seems so out of character,” one fan added.
It’ll be interesting to see how the league handles the unique situation.
