The Buffalo Bills are the only team to have defeated the Kansas City Chiefs this season. That doesn’t mean that they’re taking their foot off the gas anytime soon as they look to reach the Super Bowl.
The Chiefs have thwarted Buffalo in the postseason before, and the franchise is making sure it has all the necessary foundations in place to stop Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes should they meet again, according to one NFL insider.
“The (Bills) have signed veteran S Micah Hyde to their practice squad,” reported NFL insider Ari Meirov on Wednesday.

Fans reacted to the report on social media.
“Wow. Former Bills player and veteran acquisition. He also knows the team culture,” one fan said on Twitter.
“That is huge. Bills Mafia is increasing in quality!” one fan added.
“Good to have him back on the team if you’re a Bills fan A guy that will easily get back up to speed Watch him make a couple of critical plays in the playoffs,” one fan added.
“Love the move. Gives the Bills some added insurance,” one fan added.
“The return. But he’s washed,” one fan added.
If Hyde can resume his All-Pro form from earlier in his career, it’ll be a major boon for the Bills down the stretch.
