Every now and then there is a story surrounding the sports world which makes you want to better yourself, the following is just that. A 100 year old man recently finished all 26.1 miles of the Toronto Marathon. Fauja Singh, a 100-year-old runner became the oldest person to complete a full-distance marathon when he finished the race in Toronto this past Sunday.
For his remarkable efforts, he earned a spot in the Guiness World Book of Records. It took Singh more than eight hours to cross the finish line, but the fact that he even finished is above and beyond the call of duty.
