Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won the United States 2024 presidential election in a landslide and since his victory, he’s taken the sports world by storm.
Athletes have been replicating Trump’s viral dance moves after scoring. Until now, the practice has mostly been reserved for football games, but the moves have now appeared on the international stage.
United States men’s soccer team star Christian Pulisic did the dance after celebrating a goal against Jamaica.

Fans reacted to the celebration online, and many were upset that someone representing the country would show open support for such a controversial figure.
“Rich white boy from Hershey, PA what do you expect? He hasn’t experienced any type of struggle,” one fan said on Twitter.
“Shouldn’t have done that. Mixing politics with sports is never a good idea,” one fan added.
“They called me a madman for saying he was NRA Neymar,” one fan added.
“Didn’t y’all want politics out of sports? It’s always “keep politics out of sports” until you agree with displayed politics lol,” one fan added.
“I thought we were supposed to keep politics out of sports?” one person added.
It’ll be interesting to see if Pulisic addresses the celebration with media members.
