Josh Allen Syndication: Democrat and Chronicle

Over the past few seasons, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has established himself as one of the most dominant quarterbacks in the league. But this offseason, it sounds like he’s making some changes that will make him even more dominant.

During a recent interview, Josh Allen revealed that he is using digital technology to break down his throwing motion from last year and make some changes in order to “be as efficient as possible with my throwing motion.”

“I wouldn’t call it a complete overhaul of my throwing motion, but definitely some things to work on and clean up,” Allen said according to Sal Maiorana of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle. “Anytime you go through something like that, sometimes it’s gonna feel really good, sometimes it’s not gonna feel really good. It’s just like changing your swing in golf, as long as you’re trusting it and you keep working on it, each and every day results will come.”

Obviously, Allen was already one of the most lite quarterbacks in the league even before making these changes. So it will certainly be interesting to see how he performs this upcoming season after spending the offseason revamping his throwing motion.
