New Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. has caused quite a lot of controversy over the past few weeks as he has refused to sign the NFLPA’s licensing agreement due to a dispute with Fanatics. And now, it seems like he has another dispute with the apparel and memorabilia company and is being sued as a result.

According to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN, Fanatics is now suing Marvin Harrison Jr. for breach of contract, claiming that he has not fulfilled an autograph agreement.

“Fanatics filed a lawsuit today in NY Supreme Court against rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr. for breach of contract. Harrison’s team says it has no contract while the lawsuit states the two sides have a signed an autograph agreement dating back to last May worth more than $1 million,” Schefter said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Obviously, it’s pretty horrible news that Harrison finds himself in a legal battle with such a large company, and the NFL world had a lot to say about it on social media.

We’ll have to see how this whole situation ultimately shakes out for Harrison.
