Ever since Taylor Swift began dating Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce a few months ago, she has not exactly been shy about referencing their relationships during her concerts. But when she resumed her Eras Tour in Paris this week, she took things to a new level.
Thursday’s show in Paris was the first concert that Taylor Swift performed following the release of her new album The Tortured Poets Department. And Swift made some pretty significant changes to her setlist to accommodate some songs from the new album, and that includes a song that is widely known to be about Travis Kelce.
On Thursday, Swift performed her song “So High School” for the first time since it was released, treating the audience to the lyrics that pretty clearly describe her relationship with Kelce.
Swift didn’t perform the entire song, but she did sing the portion of the song that says “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle,” clearly referencing Kelce, as well as the line that says “You knew what you wanted and, boy, you got her,” referencing the way that Kelce pursued Swift to begin their relationship.
It seems that the song will now be a regular part of the setlist for the remainder of Swift’s tour.
