The Flux Capacitor is what made time travel possible. Ever since I first saw Back to the Future I had to have one. Now thanks to the folks at ThinkGeek you can purchase your own replica of the Flux Capacitor used in the original series. The device runs off of 3 AA batteries (not the 1.21 gigawatts that we needed in 1985) and is complete with ornate details only Doc Brown could have made himself.
Flux Capacitor Features (via ThinkGeek)
- Light control knob
- All metal case with two securing latches
- Movie accurate details
- Able to stand up on desktop or mount to wall or car (mounting hardware not included)
- Dimensions: approx. 16.5″ (to top of pipe) x 11.25″ x 5.5″
- Uses 3 AA batteries (included)
