Over the past few years, former United States President Donald Trump has been a vocal supporter of Saudi-backed LIV Golf as he has publicly praised the league and even hosts LIV Golf tournaments and events at his prestigious golf courses where he regularly makes appearances himself. And that was the case once again this weekend.
This weekend, LIV Golf held its tournament at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida. And on the final day of the event, Donald Trump went out in person to mingle with some of the golf superstars in attendance.
“Former President Donald Trump was spotted hanging out with various golf superstars on Sunday who were attending an event at the Trump National Doral Miami hotel,” Asher Notheis wrote for the Washington Examiner this week.
“The presumptive Republican presidential nominee made his appearance just before the final round of the day. Among the golfing icons in attendance were Bubba Watson, Anthony Kim, and Bryson DeChambeau. LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman was also present for the event.”
This marks yet another appearance at a sporting event for Trump as he has been seen at UFC events, college football games, and other golf events over the past several months.
