Over the past several months, pop sensation Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce have become perhaps the most famous couple on the planet. And even though they only started dating a few years ago, it sounds like Kelce might have a bit of baby fever.
During the most recent episode of his New Heights podcast with his brother Jason, Travis Kelce claimed that he “can’t wait” until he makes a baby himself, presumably with Taylor Swift.
The comments came after Travis and Jason were discussing NBA rookie sensation Victor Wembanyama from France, who has already taken the league by storm with his 7-foot-4 frame and athleticism. Travis Klece joked that Wembanyama looks like he was assembled in a lab to play basketball.
“You can’t tell me that dude wasn’t made in a [freaking] lab over there in France. Lab-grown diamonds, that’s a lab-grown [freaking] NBA player,” Travis said, according to Elle.
“Can’t wait ’til I [freaking] make one,” Travis Kelce said, implying he wanted to have a child of his own.
Jason Kelce quickly warned him that his words would cause quite a strong reaction from Swifties.
“Don’t do this. Do not give any of these other conspiracy theorists anything else to latch onto, please,” Jason Kelce said.
Obviously, it was a little too late for that.
