Ever since joining the league in 2016, Derrick Henry has been one of the most dominant running backs in the entire NFL. He’s spent his entire career with the Tennessee Titans up to this point, but next season it sounds like he’ll have a new home.
According to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN, Derrick Henry is signing with the Baltimore Ravens on a two-year deal.
“Free-agent Derrick Henry is signing a two-year, $16 million deal worth up to $20 million, including $9 million fully guaranteed in the first year with the Baltimore Ravens, sources tell ESPN,” Schefter wrote in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Obviously, this is a pretty significant addition for the Baltimore Ravens as Henry will now team up with reigning MVP Lamar Jackson in the Ravens backfield, joining a team that has typically been one of the most dominant rushing teams in the league.
We’ll have to see how the Ravens decide to integrate Henry into their offense, but he has been one of the most consistent and proven running backs for years, so his presence will likely make an instant impact on their rushing attack.
