An LA Parking Enforcement official caught Bynum loading groceries into his BMW that was taking TWO handicap spaces at a Bristol Farms Market in Playa del Rey. When Los Angeles NBC4 approached Bynum about the parking violation he slammed his car door and drove off without giving a comment…and without taking his shirt off.
