The Michigan Wolverines are currently in the middle of an investigation from both the NCAA and the Big Ten conference into allegations of an illegal sign-stealing scheme. The whole situation has led to some heated opinions throughout the sports world, but Wednesday morning’s edition of First Take might take the crown for the most insane media interaction to the ordeal.
During Wednesday morning’s edition of ESPN’s First Take, college football expert Paul Finebaum joined the show to discuss the Michigan sign-stealing investigation and discuss potential punishment and scenarios for how it could play out. Unfortunately for him, however, he did not get to talk all that much as Stephen A. Smith and Chris Russo spent much of the show screaming at each other as Finebaum looked on.
Smith and Russo loudly debated back and forth about the ramifications the Michigan cheating scandal has on other teams in contention for the College Football Playoff. While Finebaum looked like he could have had something to add to the conversation on numerous occasions, he could only resort to shaking his head and nodding as Smith and Russo screamed at each other.

Finebaum eventually did get to speak, but he had to endure that insanity first.
