We finally know how much a casino operator paid Donald Trump for his New York City golf course.

The terms of the sale of the former Trump Golf Links Ferry Point hadn’t been made public, though the first move Bally’s Corporation made was to remove the name “Trump” from the property.

But testimony from Donald Trump Jr. in the $250 million civil fraud lawsuit filed against the Trump Organization in New York revealed the exact number.

Trump said the sales price was $60 million, but he wasn’t sure of the net profit due to the Trump Organization incurring “a lot of costs” over the years.

Representatives from Bally’s didn’t immediately return a request from comment by Daily Kos.

New York Attorney General Letitia James alleges the Trump Organization, under the direction of Trump and his adult sons, inflated financial assets like golf courses and hotels to defraud insurance companies and obtain favorable loans from banks as it built its real estate empire.

Then-New York City mayor Bill de Blasio said he would scrap the city’s contract with the Trump Organization after claiming Trump incited the rioters on January 6th, 2021, but a judge rejected the city’s attempt to vacate Trump from the property.
