Stegall Ponder, a 23-year-old man from Marietta, Georgia, was released from jail on a $10,000 bond for using his iPod video camera to film up women’s skirts at his local Walmart. This wasn’t the first time Ponder has been busted filming upskirts. According to his arrest report, Ponder had been nabbed for filming women once in May and three times in June.
Although it is unclear what type of iPod Ponder was using to shoot his video, the older generation iPod Nano with the video camera was banned from fitness chain Life Time Fitness to prevent members from filming video of others working out or in the private locker rooms.
