Big baller moves continue to happen in the Ball household. Lonzo Ball just purchased a 1,700 square foot condo for $1.6 million. The place comes with two bedrooms and three bathrooms as well.
All of this info comes courtesy of the Los Angeles Times, and they also report that he will have access to a rooftop pool with views overlooking the city. Notable neighbors include Lakers co-owner Jim Buss and boxer Floyd Mayweather.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live is only a couple of blocks away from the Staples Center. Ball being a stone’s throw away is a good sign for fans. He will be able to work on his game and improve.
This isn’t the only property purchased by Ball this year, he and his father bought a mansion in Chino Hills for $5.2 million under the Big Baller Brand LLC. He is buying up property left and right.
It only makes his position all the more interesting on the Lakers. While his rookie year has been rocky, there are still plenty of sky-high expectations for him with the organization.
